I visited North Prong Cemetery today. I found Elender Howard, who died 4-12-1898 at the age of 67 years old. That would put her birth at 1831. Elender Howard was buried in same vicinity/plot as the other Chism's in North Prong.

SGES was just given a family book gathered up by Benny Fish entitled: "Days Gone By; The Life And Times Of the Family Of James Benjamin and Julia Keziah "Kizzie" Smith Fish And Their 10 Children". A Family Group Sheet shows William Sterling Fish (July 6, 1816 Champlain, Clinton Co., NY-? married about 1846 in Alachua or Marion Co., FL, Ellender Blitch b. 1831 Effingham Co., GA - April 12, 1898 Baxter, Baker Co., FL, buried in North Prong Cem. She was the daughter of James A. Blitch and Mehala Tyson. She also married James E. Chism and Joseph Howard.
