Robert Newton Wall, Jr. passed away peacefully on July 30, 2008, at the age of 77.

Bob was born January 17, 1931, in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Mary Ayers Wall and Robert Newton Wall, Sr., who have preceded him in death. During his childhood years, Bob lived in Stillwater, OK, Poteau, OK and Anadarko, OK. During his school years in Anadarko, Bob was involved in the Boy Scouts, achieving the rank of Life Scout. He graduated from Anadrako High School in 1949. He then attended Oklahoma A and M College, graduating in 1954.

Upon graduation, Bob married Thelma Mae Wilson on January 29, 1954. In March of that year Bob began a three year tour of duty in the United States Air Force. After six-month training assignements in Mauldin, MO and Lubbock, TX, Bob was assigned to Hickam Air Force Base in Honolulu, HI, where he was stationed for the next two years. A daughter, Lisa Lin was born in Hawaii in 1956.

After his Air Force tour of duty, Bob, Thelma and Lisa Lin moved to Tulsa, OK where Bob went to work in the Management Training Program of Phillips Petroleum Co. A year later he accepted a position in the Marketing area of Crane Carrier Co., rising to the position of Marketing Manager. A son, Steven Michael was born to the couple in 1958, in Tulsa. In 1963, Bob accepted a position of President of Manufactured Products, Inc., in Odessa, TX. After one year there, he moved to Georgetown, TX and formed Concrete Construction, Inc., a manufacturer of concrete construction equipment.

Bob and Thelma were divorced in 1979. Bob then married Betty Calvert and formed Calvert Concrete, a manufacturer of concrete products. In 1995, he sold that company and moved to Huntsville, AL, where he enjoyed retirement. Bob and Betty divorced in 2001. Bob then moved to Orlando, FL, to be near his daughter's family. Some of the things Bob enjoyed most in life were music and woodworking. He sang in the church choir most of his time here on earth and will surely be singing in the choir in heaven.
