Body Recovered
The body of Ted Ellis, one of a party of hunters from Great Falls who drowned in the Bynum reservoir on last Nov. 25th, was recovered Saturday. A search was made for the body last fall, but due to the fact that the body was well weighted down and that the reservoir soon froze over, the search was abandoned.
On Saturday, two boys walking on the shores of the reservoir noticed the body and notified others who brought the body to Choteau to the Connor undertaking establishment from which place it was taken to Great Falls, where burial was made Sunday in Highland cemetery. Services were conducted by Rev. R.C. White of the A.M.E. church. Ellis is survived by a wife, son and two daughters.
A reward of $100 offerred by the county commissioners of Teton county last fall, shortly after the drowning, will go to the the two boys making the discovery.
