Susan L. Harbach
MILL HALL - Susan L. Harbach, 87, widow of Charles Harbach, of 173 Noll Drive, passed away on Monday, Oct. 25, 2004, at Lock Haven Hospital, Lock Haven.

She was born Aug. 4, 1917, in Loganton, a daughter of the late Charles and Minnie (Helbley) Herman.

Mrs. Harbach was formerly employed as a cook at Dunkle's Cafe in Lock Haven and at Seyler's Sugar Valley Inn, Loganton. She was also a factory worker with Karnish Industries and Sylvania.

She enjoyed crocheting, gardening, cooking, baseball and, most of all, her family.

Surviving, are two daughters, Nancy L. Donahue of New Columbia and Anna Seyler of Mill Hall, with whom she lived; two sons, Robert L. Seyler of Mill Hall and Edward A. Seyler of Fleetwood; one sister, Lillian Greninger of Lock Haven; one brother, Walter Matthews of Bellview, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two stepgreat-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Beulah I. Brungard, and one brother, Joseph Herman.

Friends and family may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Wayne P. Urbine Funeral Home Inc., 95 E. Main St., Loganton, and from 9 to 10 a.m. Friday at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Nittany Valley Drive, Lamar, where the funeral will follow at 10 with the Rev. Dan May officiating.

Burial will be in Sugar Valley Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Eastville.
