MRS. ETTER Z. COOPER ADKINS, 99, of West Hamlin, W.Va, died Thursday, Jan. 14, 1999, at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 17, 1999, at Koontz Funeral Home with the Rev. Russell Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in Walker Adkins Cemetery in Sias, W.Va. Mrs. Adkins was born Sept. 8, 1899, at Hager to Francis and Tempie Tudor Cooper. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerome Adkins. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Delilah Johnson and Freeman Johnson of West Hamlin; two grandchildren, Gary Johnson and his wife, Angie, of Hamlin, Diane McCallister and her husband, Ray, of West Hamlin; and two great grandchildren, Tammy Adkins and Brandi McCallister.
