Tandy J. Schultz, 43, of Watseka, died Sunday (Aug. 10, 2008) at Iroquois Memorial Hospital in Watseka. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, and from 10 a.m. Wednesday until the 11 a.m. services at the Baier Funeral Home, Watseka. Pastor Matt Steendahl will officiate.
Cremation rites will be accorded following the services. Burial of the ashes will be held at a later date in Flesher Cemetery, Crescent City. Memorials may be made to her sons' education fund or to St. John's Church Parish Hall Fund.
Ms. Schultz was a legal secretary. She was born Dec. 31, 1964, in Watseka, the daughter of Delbert and Mary Butzow Weaver. She was a member of St. John's Church in Schwer. She enjoyed crafts, crocheting, reading, and oil painting.
Surviving are three sons, Dustin James Schultz, Aryn Tyler Schultz, Spencer Andrew Schultz, all of Watseka; her parents of Woodland; special friend and Spencer's father, Dennis Martin of Kankakee; former husband, James R. Schultz Jr. of Alexandria, La.; one brother, T. Andrew D. Weaver of Hyde Park, Vt.; and paternal grandparents of Dustin and Aryn, James Sr. and Ila Schultz of Martinton.
Deceased are her paternal and maternal grandparents.
