Following an operation at a local hospital, Victor Johnson, the twelve-year-old son of Andrew Johnson of South Aberdeen died yesterday afternoon. The boy was a member of the South Side school and unusually bright in his studies. He is one of four children of Mr. and Mrs. Johnson, who came here from Michigan, and was born in Michigan. The funeral will be held tomorrow from the Whiteside Chapel, Rev. Hubert Cyril Carter officiating. members of the boy's class will act as pallbearers.

Victor is buried just off the road on the straight section after coming down the hill past "Petland" on the way to the old mausoleum. His headstone is smaller than it appears in the photo but easily read from your car.
