Jas. L. Patton Dies After Short Illness
Funeral services were conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Moore Funeral Home for James L. Patton, 33, of 3009 Bomar Street, Fort Worth, who died in Arlington Thursday night after a week's illness of pneumonia.
Burial was in the Arlington Cemetery with Rev. J. H. Patterson officiating.
Mr. Patton, who was head welder for the Anderson Iron Works, Inc., was a brother-in-law of Arlington's Chief of Police, A. B. Cribbs.
Survivors include the widow, of Fort Worth, father, Arthur Patton; brother, Herbert Patton, and sister, Mrs. H. B. Black, all of El Paso.
Pallbearers were Marvin Truby, Carlton Cadell, M. L. Burton, George Mays, Homer Mouser, and Bill Wilson.
