MARION--Mrs. Elsie Anna Bentz, 84, a longtime Tampa resident, died Tuesday at St. Luke's Hospital, Marion.

Mrs. Bentz was born Dec. 29, 1888, at Lincoln, Mo., and moved to Tampa in 1907 and had lived there since. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Tampa. She was the widow of Phillip Bentz.

Survivors are 4 sons, Clarence, Durham; Erwin, Washington, Ill.; Otto, Tampa, and Arnold, Albuquerque, N.M.; 2 daughters, Mrs. Ella Riffel, Marion, and Mrs. Esther Loy, Beloit; a brother, Herman Bruns, Ramona; and a sister, Wilma Bruns, Wichita.

Burial will be at the North Tampa Cemetery.
