Amanda Adeline Maness Gunn UPTON, Summit County, Utah —- Mrs. Amanda Adeline Gunn, 61, of Evanston, Wyo., died at the home of her son, Heber Gunn in Upton, Thursday, after a long illness.

She was born March 8, 1880, in Marion County, Alabama, a daughter of James and Rebecca Maness. A former resident of Randolph, Utah. She had lived in Upton 22 years. Her husband, George Gunn, died in 1938.

Five sons and one daughter survive, Melvin and Alfred Gunn of Evanson; Ben G. Gunn of Pocatello, Idaho; Charles Gunn of Salt Lake City; Heber Gunn of Upton and Mrs. Woodrow Goodwin of Salt Lake City; four sisters and two brothers, Mrs. Mary Goldsberry of Logan, Utah; Mrs. William Hall and Phillip Maness of Hyrum, Utah and George Maness of Salt Lake City and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted in Evanston LDS First Ward Chapel by Bishop Willard Price at 2 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in the Evanston City Cemetery under direction of Bryron Mortuary of that city.
