Survived by her Children, Michael, Rae Rae, Daniel and Jamie Robinson; life partner, Cheryl Rodgers; mother, Laura Robinson; sister, Sandra Gipson and husband Tommy; brother, David Vines and wife Gail; great aunt, Lucille Cooper; along with nieces, nephews and numerous friends. Necia worked for AT& T for 27 years. She served as deacon & servant at White Rock Community Church for 12 years. Funeral service will be 1:30 P.M.
