She was born to Lafe and Hazel (Hussey) Dicke. On Sep 19, 1948, she married John F. Adams, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Janice (Dennis) Clay, Mendon, and Joyce (Brian) Burckholter, Antwerp; three brothers, Richard (Anna Rose), Mena, AK, Robert, Lakeview, and Larry (Betty), St. Marys; a sister, Wilda (Jim) Allison, New Lexington; three grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased are two brothers, Wilfred and Carl Dicke; and a sister, Elizabeth Schnarre.
She retired from the from the former Third National Bank, Celina, and served on the board of the Mercer County Council on Aging. She was a member of the Mendon United Methodist Church, the Mercer County Farm Bureau and the Mendon Women's Civic Club. She was a 1943 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys.
