At the residence of his parents, Mr and Mrs Phillip Collins, in Illiopolis, Wednesday June 28, 1899, of appendicitis, Phillip Collins Jr, aged 10 years.
The boy was suffering with appendicitis and Dr GN Kreisler was called to attend him Wednesday. The boy was seriously ill and died before an operation could be performed.
The funeral will take place from the residence today.
