MRS. SUSAN DAVIS DIES AT REDDICK
Aged Woman Suffered From Lingering Illness; Body at Hertz Chapel
Mrs. Susan Davis dies at 3:30 o'clock this morning at the home of her daughter Mrs. Opal Bryant near Reddick. Death resulted from a lingering illness.
The body has been taken to the B. F. Hertz chapel in this city and will be shipped to Ambia, Ind., on Thursday for burial with her husband in the family lot.
Mrs. Davis was born in Ohio on Sept. 20, 1843. She is survived by three sons, W. J. Davis of Mt. Vernon, S. D.; A. F. Davis of Ambia, Ind.; and Homer Davis of Dwight; three daughters, Mrs. L. E. Smith of Kankakee; Mrs. Flora Metzinger of Onaka, S. D.; and Mrs. Opal Bryant of Reddick.
