Darkus Jane (Johnson) Parish Allen, of 1/8th CHOCTAW heritage, was born the daughter of James Clark and Delilah (Cole) Johnson.

Married on 21 1887, in Sebastian, AR, to Mr. Parish, a widower of Zelda Caroline Haggard, who died in 1880 and was born 10 Apr 1857, Franklin Co., IL.
