Born Aug. 19, 1954, in Noblesville, he was the son of Joan (Anderson) and Morris Randall.
He was a 1972 graduate of Westfield High School. He worked in cable installation and loved woodworking, music, gardening and his dog Dudley.
Survivors include his daughter, Kady Randall of Indianapolis; companion, Gloria Ross of Westfield; parents, Morris and Joan Randall of Noblesville; sisters, Lynn Tharp of Lebanon, Dana Clemens of Warsaw, Ind., and Lisa Clark of Streetsboro, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by sister, Nancy Jeffries.
Visitation is 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home in Noblesville. Memorial services are 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Christina Gangwer officiating.
Burial will be at Gray Friends Cemetery in Carmel.
