She is survived by her husband, Robert Hart of Windsor; a son, Terrance Jack of Windsor; three daughters, Jasmine Jack, Kiarra Hart and Haley Hart, all of Windsor; her father, Michael Jack of Cheyenne; a brother, Michael Jack Jr. of Cheyenne; and her grandparents, Ollie Bowman of Cheyenne and Roy and Rita Jack of Port Allen, La.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Alberta Jack and a brother, Damond Jack.
