4, of Onondaga Hill, passed away Tuesday morning at his home surrounded by his family after a nine month battle with brain cancer. Michael was dearly loved and cherished by his large extended family and all who knew him. He enjoyed playing with building tools and trucks, singing songs, and was a master at puzzles. He adored Mickey Mouse and pirates. Michael was recently granted a Make-a-Wish Pirate Party and a trip to Disney World. Surviving are his loving parents, William and Karen Pullano of Onondaga Hill; his sisters, Anna, Nichole, Danielle, Karrina, and Laura; his brother, Andrew; paternal grandmother, Jane Pullano of Onondaga Hill; maternal grandparents, Denise Berger of North Syracuse and Frank Berger of Michigan. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday 9:15 a.m. at FARONE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Park Street and 10 a.m. in St. Margaret's Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.
Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the FARONE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Park Street. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Camp Good Days, Make-a-Wish Foundation, or Cure Search, National Childhood Cancer Foundation, 4600 East West Highway, Suite 600, Bethesda, MD 20814.
