Rosie was the daughter of Edward Henderson Wilson and Nancy Floried Canon Wilson.
She married Clarence Barrow on Sept. 23, 1903, at Double Bayou, Chambers Co., Tx.
They were the parents of two sons and six daughters.

OBITUARY FROM THE LIBERTY VINDICATOR: Mrs. Rosa Barrow
Funeral services for Mrs. Rosa Barrow, 86, of Devers were held at 2:30 P.M. Monday, Feb. 4th at the Allison Memorial Chapel with Rev. Rowat Smith and Rev. D. R. Perego officiating. Burial was in the Devers Cemetery under the direction of Allison Funeral Services, Inc. of Liberty. Mrs. Barrow died at the Autumn Hills Convalescent center at 7:00 A.M. Saturday, Feb. 2nd. She was a native of Leggett, Texas; had been a resident of Devers for the past 18 years where she was a member of the First Baptist Church. Survivors include 2 sons: Arthur C. Barrow of Mt. Belvieu, Asa O. Barrow of Maplewood, La.; 4 daughters, Mrs. Josie Turicchi, Mrs. L. L. White and Mrs. B. G. Elkins all of Devers, Mrs. H. K. Hilgemeier of Beaumont; 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren. Grandsons served as pallbearers.
