A funeral for Bruce M. Baugher, 77, of Rt. 8, Athens, was Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Market Street Church of Christ with James Curtis officiating. Burial was in the Athens City Cemetery with Spry Funeral Home of Athens in charge.
Mr. Baugher died Thursday at the Athens-Limestone Hospital.
Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Usie C. Baugher; two daughers, Mrs. J. L. Smith of Pomona, Calif., and Mrs. Helen Sharpe of Rt. 8, Athens; three sons, Asa M. Baugher of Lewisburg, Tenn., Edgar W. Baugher of Decatur and Grady A. Baugher of Athens; three brothers, L. M. Baugher, I.E. Baugher and Leo Baugher, all of Rt. 8, Athens; five sisters, Mrs. L. E. Goodin of Rt. 2, Elkmont, Mrs. V. M. Sims of Athens, Mrs. L. C. Nixon of Rt. 8, Athens, Mrs. Howard Kyle of R.t 8, Athens, Mrs. Fannie Horton of El Paso, Tex.; 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
