OSCAR TAYLOR TAKEN BY DEATH
Orville Oscar Taylor, 26 years old, died shortly before 6 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the Pennington Hospital from a ruptured appendix. He had been admitted to the hospital only our hours before his death. Funeral and burial services were conducted at the Blackwater church at 1 o'clock Monday afternoon, and burial followed in the family lot in the church cemetery.
A son of Tom and Nannie Walden Taylor, he was born May 6, 1912 in this county.
He recently returned home for a visit from Detroit, Mich. where he was an employee of the Ford Motor Company.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife, Mrs. Stella Taylor.
