From the Athens Weekly Review Newspaper dated January 11, 1940 --- FRANKSTON INFANT DIES, BURIAL AT BULLARD --- Charles Ray Barton, 2 months old son of Mr. and Mrs. W.R. Barton of Frankston, died at his home at 10:40 o'clock Wednesday night. Funeral services were held at the Bullard Methodist Church on Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock with the Rev. Esco officiating. Interment followed in the Bullard Cemetery. He is also suvived by a brother, Jerry Dean.
