"DEATH SUMMONS FORMER VISALIAN
Word was received here yesterday of the death of J. I. Higdon, former resident of Tulare, at his home in Hollister yesterday morning following an operation for appendicitis. During his residence in Tulare
Higdon was engaged in the transfer and bus business. He is very well known locally. On April 1st, together with his family, he moved to Hollister, where he held the agency for Overland automobiles. He is survived by his wife and two children, Albert Higdon and Miss Aldine Higdon, of Hollister. Funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in Tulare."
