CALDWELL -- Florence Fey Tilton Carter, 80, of the Beverly/Waterford area died Friday, Feb. 13, 2004 at the Marietta Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by one son, Retired Air Force Senior Master Sgt. David D. Carter of Mascoutah, Ill.; one daughter, Pamela (Randy) Fisher of Marietta; foster son, Paul (Joanne) Lashley of Beverly; one sister, Freda Miller of Dexter City; one brother, Fred Tilton of Caldwell; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four nephews; and three nieces.
Friends may call from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the McVay-Perkins Funeral Home in Caldwell. Friends may also call from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Beverly United Methodist Church, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Carl Orphandes officiating. Internment will follow at South Olive Cemetery.
