Born in Darke County, Ohio in 1886, George Swartz had lived in Ft. Wayne the last 45 years of his life. He retired as a cement finisher from Tibbitts Const. Co. where he had worked 39 years. He is survived by his wife, Stella, their daughter, Mrs. Glen (Maude) Lamay, a brother, Dennis, of Ft. Wayne, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 11 A.M Thursday in the Chalfant-Perry Funeral Home. Rev. James W. Powell will officiate and burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park. (From the Ft.
