Rev. Obed Garwood McEntire was the son of John and Drusilla Fidelia (Mason) McEntire. He was the husband of Fedelia (Gray) McEntire. He was a minister in the Erie Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church. He served Ridgway Pennsylvania Circuit: Ridgway, Brockport and Brandy Camp 1859-1861.
