ROBERT A. COULTER OWENS, Sept. 28---(Special)---Robert Alexander Coulter, 84, died at his home here about midnight last night. He was a native of Rochelle and had lived in DeSoto County 54 years. For 47 years, he was manager of the Welles Groves and while in citrus work he discovered the use of blue-stone in the treatment of citrus trees and other plant life. He was retire. He is survived by his widow, three sons, Charles O. Coulter, Ft. Ogden; H.F. Coulter, Tampa, and A.M. Coulter, Owens; a daughter, Mrs. L. L. Lanier, Brandon: 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
