Cassius and Aurora (Tomlinson) married Oct. 22, 1839. In 1860 Cassius (40) and wife Aurora (44) were living in Waterbury, Washington Co., VT and they had 4 sons and a daughter... Kinsman P (Sept. 22, 1841) 18, Mary 16 (Oct. 22, 1843), Cassius Newton 14 (Feb. 28, 1846 - May 1915) , George C. 10 (Oct. 16, 1847) and Philo Emerson 8 (Sept. 22, 1851).
In 1900 federal census for Bolton, Chittenden, Vermont Aurora 83 widow, DOB Apr 1817 and Emerson Philo son, single, 55 DOB: Sept. 1944 R.R. Flagman, are residing together.
