INJURIES IN FALL KILL WOMAN, 103
Less than a month after celebrating her 103rd birthday, Mrs. Elizabeth Allen Wood, whose sprightly spirit had long cheered her home at 5118 El Rio Ave, Eagle Rock, is dead.
Mrs. Wood died in the Queen of the Angels Hospital Sunday night from the effects of a fall Friday morning. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Utter-McKinley's Cresse Eagle Rock Mortuary. Interment will be at Grand View Cemetery, Glendale.
She is survived by three children, 14 grandchildren and 18 great grand children. Her husband preceded her in death 10 years earlier.
