Fay Butler, 420 East 6th Street, died Monday night at St. Johns Hospital in Tulsa. She was 89 years old.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at Musgrove-Merriott-Smith Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Butler was born April 28, 1890 in Rockwall, Texas, to Holmsley Chandler. She had lived in this area since 1935. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church and former member of the Eastern Star and Garden Club.
She is survived by two sons, Frank Butler of Tulsa and Robert Butler of Grants Pass, Oregon; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
