Arnoldus Carolus Joannes Zenetti was the son of Josephina De Mieg and Joanne Baptista Zenetti.

He was christened as Speyer, Pfalz, Bayern, June 21, 1824.

Arnold joined for duty and enrolled by Capt. V.D. Bosch as a 1st Sergeant at age 29, August 23, in Brooklyn, NY, in Co. D, 132nd Regiment NYSV.

2nd Lieutenant, Company A, and Acting Quarter Master of the 132nd Rect. New York Infantry.
Killed in action on the morning of February 1st 1864 near the Neuse Bridge at Bachelors Creek, NC.
A Native of Augsburg, Bavaria, Germany.
A stranger in a strange land, his love for our Institutions led him to espouse our Cause and to battle in its behalf.
