Burial will follow in Mount Vernon Cemetery with Michael Lawrence, Ricky Bennett, Chad Bennett, Steven Forgy, Brad Forgy and Shawn Forgy serving as pallbearers.
Vistiation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 23, at the funeral home.
Mrs. Forgy died Friday, Aug. 22, in Mount Vernon.
She was born in Greenwood on July 5, 1926, the daughter of Ethel Castle.
She married Fuquay Forgy. He preceded her in death in 1995.
Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law, Fuquay Forgy Jr. of Troup and Phillip Forgy and wife, Vickie, of Winnsboro; two daughters and sons-in-law, Phylis Donica and husband, Noel, of Mount Vernon, and Gail Bennett and husband, Paul, of Pickton; one brother, Bobby Davis of Garland; 14 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Forgy was also preceded in death by one son, James Forgy in 1981.
