Ms. Wells was born Dec. 5, 1973, in Seattle. While in Washington, she attended Helen Keller Elementary School and Kamiakin Junior High School. She enjoyed expressing her youthful spirit by coloring, doing crafts and playing games with others. With the completion of her parents' home, she realized how much she loved the fundamental aspects of construction. She took great pleasure in each and every step taken to complete projects. Wynette's kindness, along with her youthful spirit, touched many lives."
