Randy Eugene Lewis, 40, 305 Watauga Ave., Johnson City, died Thursday, August 7, 2008, at his residence. He was a native of Unicoi County and a son of Fred Lewis, Erwin and of Kathleen Hensley Ambrose, Erwin. He was employed in construction as a carpenter.
He was preceded in death by one brother,
