Edrice Cosby, 79, of Plainview died Saturday, Nov. 29, at Chambers Memorial Hospital in Danville.
She was born Aug. 4, 1924, in Dardanelle to the late William Henry and Mandy Hutcherson Hill. She was a mother, a homemaker and a member of the Jesus Name Church in Plainview. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman C. Cosby; two brothers, Otha Hill and Cecil Hill; and a sister, Mildred Wallace.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Danny and Mary Cosby of Plainview and David and Susie Cosby of Plainview; a daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Zane McAnulty of Phoenix City, Ala.; a sister, Fannie McDonald of Dardanelle; and five grandchildren, Bradley Cosby, Samantha Cosby, Kristy McAnulty, Dana Jellison and Laura Green.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Jesus Name Church in Plainview by Rev. Stacy Lisenbey. Burial will be at Salem Cemetery in Plainview. Arrangements by Cornwell Funeral Home in Danville.
Pallbearers will be Harold Hill, Henry Hill, Lester Hill, Lynn Tidwell, Zane McAnulty and Dale McAnulty.
There will be no visitation.
