Funeral services for Virgle D. Lively, 95, of 411 Prospect Dr. SE were held at 2 p.m. March 31, at Brown Service Chapel, with Dr. Jack Chitwood officiating. Burial was in City Cemetery.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. W.C. Blizzard, Decatur; one son, R.L. Lively, Decatur; two grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Douglas Fudge, Billie K. Nelson, Luther Sneed, O.M. Butler, James W. Sparkman, Charles Yancey and A.D. Terry.
Mr. Lively was a retired city employee and a member of Central United Methodist Church.
