She was born Nov. 5, 1913, in Gilliland, Texas, the daughter of Fred and Gertrude Lewis McGuire. She married Harold Ferry in 1946 in San Antonio.
Mrs. Ferry was a retired schoolteacher and a member of the Pleasant Plains Women's Club.
Survivors: husband, Harold; two sons, Bruce Ferry of Vashon, Wash., and Jack Ferry of Pleasant Plains; daughter, Janet Campbell of Rochester; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Glenn McGuire of Waco, Texas; sister, Frances Cook of Gilliland, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
Cremation rites were accorded by Springfield Crematory.
Graveside services: 11 a.m. Thursday, Pleasant Plains Cemetery, the Rev. Duane Turley officiating
