Mrs. Arlis H. Hiatt
Mount Airy - Mrs. Maola Marshall Hiatt, 65, of Ararat, VA., Rt. 2, died yesterday at Northern Surry Hospital. The body is at Moody Funeral Home pending arrangements.
She was born in Carroll County, Va. to Garland and Polly Quesinberry Marshall and was a member of Mountain View Primitive Baptist Church.
Surviviing are her husband: three daughters, Mrs. Clarence Jenkins of Ararat, Va., Rt. 2, Mrs. Roger Shaw of Mount Airy, Rt. 5 and Miss Pauline Hiatt of the home; three sons, Lanford and Marvin Hiatt of Ararat, Va., Rt. 2 and Timothy Hiatt of Winston-Salem; four sisters, Mrs. Will Eaton, Mrs. Odessa Bowman, Mrs. Alma Boyd and Mrs. Sylvia Hall of Ararat, Va.; three brothers, Ellis and Ulus Marshall of Ararat, Va., Rt. 2 and Elvin Marshall of Bassett, Va.
