Mrs. Oney Deal, 83, passed away at 10:30 o'clock Sunday morning in the home of her son, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Deal, 1615 South Olson.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Sweeney-Reser Funeral Home with burial in Ridge Park Cemetery:

Visitation is tonight from seven to 8 30 o'clock in the Sweeney-Reser Chapel.

Mrs. Deal was born in Saline County near Sweet Springs, September 25, 1885 the daughter of John and Lou Johnson Killion. December 23, 1907, in the home of her parents, she was married to Oney Deal, who preceded her in death April 24, 1963. She was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church. Mrs. Deal attended the State Normal College in Warrensburg and taught school at Liberty rural school. Mr. and Mrs. Deal had operated the Deal Store and Service Station for 25 years before retiring.

Surviving are one son, Howard-Deal; two grandchildren; five great grandsons; one brother, Melvin Killion of Kansas City and one sister, Mrs. Ona Smith of Oakland, Calif.

She was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
