Jeanette D. (Maliszewski) August Age 76. Of Stanton. Died Friday, July 2, 1999 at Christiana Hospital.

Mrs. August, a homemaker, worked in customer service at Sears at MacArthur Dr., and also for Dravo Ship Yards and NVF in Wilmington. She was a member of St. John the Beloved Catholic Church, and an avid bingo player. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Vincent, who died in March, 1999 and her son Daniel, who died in 1979. She is survived by her sons, Patrick V., Timothy and John S. August, all of Wilmington; her sister, Betty Dixon of Kirkwood Gardens; her brother, John V. Maliszewski of Eastburn Heights; 11 grandchildren and her devoted friend and neighbor, Lore Rash.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, July 7 at 10 am at St. John the Beloved R.C. Church, 907 Milltown Rd., Sherwood Park. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday evening at the DOHERTY FUNERAL HOME, 3200 Limestone Rd., Pike Creek from 7-9 pm.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society, 92 Reads Way, New Castle, DE 19720.
