Chester D."C.D." Heffley died Monday at Semonole Medical Center. He was 55.
He was born July 19, 1946, in Seminole, the son of Rancie Charles and Neater Ethel(Mitchell) Heffley.
He returned to Seminole 16 years ago, and was living there at the time of his death.
Heffley retired in 1996 after serving as customer engineer at IBM for 32 years. In June he began working as a computer technician for Eckards.
He was a menber of the Harley Owners Group (HOG).
Preceding him in death were his parents and an infant brother.
Survivors include his daughter, Danielle Heffley of Harrah. Son and daughter-n-law, Kenneth and Kim Heffley of Sundown, Texas.Paul and Erica Heffley of Yukon and Greg and Molly Ownens of Sacramento,Calif; grandchildren Christina Owens and brothers, Luster and Marvin Heffley, both of Maud. Donnie Heffley of Shawnee and robert Heffley of Tishomingo; and his sisters, Ruvena Vance of Shawnee, Shirley Coon of Chickasha, Fern Mayo of Duncan and Martha Lewis of Grandbury,Texas.
Service will be 2p.m. Friday at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev.Wayne Taylor will officiate. Burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home,Seminole.
