Boo is a shy Black Labrador mix who is best friends with Diamond, a sweet Rottweiler. Boo was originally adopted from the Los Angeles County shelter system as a young dog. Boo (and Diamond) entered the South Los Angeles Animal Care Center on June 20, 2008, after their owner died and no one from the owner's family came to claim them. Boo was found dead in her kennel Wednesday, August 13, 2008. She apparently died of natural causes. Her best friend, Diamond, was later rescued from the shelter.
