Wayne James Noack, 71, of Las Vegas, Nevada died Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at Mike O'Callaghan Federal Hospital.

He was born May 31, 1937 in Dayton to parents Ernest Gephart Noack and Lou Anna LaBuff Noack. He was a long time resident of Dayton before moving to Houston where he worked for Varco International before retiring to Las Vegas. Wayne served in the US Army and enjoyed bowling.

Service for Mr. Noack will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 23, 2008 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lyndol Kinser officiating. Interment will follow at Ryan Cemetery. Visitation for will be 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., Friday evening at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home.

Mr. Noack is preceded in death by his parents and his brother: Willie Paul Noack. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Vivian gray Noack of Las Vegas, Nevada; his daughters: Debbie Monahan and husband David of Houston; his daughter: Chris Smith of Weatherford; Louanna Walker and husband Clint of McKinney; Terry McCan and husband David of Crossroads ; his son: Larry Hidalgo of Taylor; 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; his sisters: Ernestine Wright and husband Paul of Dayton, Pam Domini of Montgomery County; his brother: Curtis Noack and wife Ruth of Dayton; also numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
