Robert W. McPhail, 42, an employee of the State Tax Commission, died of a heart attack Wednesday at Sharkey-Issaquena Hospital. Services are 10 a.m. today at First Baptist Church with burial in County Line Cemetery in Glen Allan Cemetery. Glenwood Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Mr. McPhail, a Rolling Fork native, was a member of Masonic Lodge in Yazoo City and a Shriner. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Indianola and York Rite Bodies in Vicksburg. He was a graduate of Holmes Agriculture High School in Goodman. Survivors include: daughter, Lori McPhail of Indianola; sisters, Lucille Bodie and Addie Mae Holloway, both of Valley Park, Nettie Wixon of Vicksburg, Grace Shive of Clarksdale and Janelle Holloway of Jackson; and brothers, Charles R. McPhail of Rolling Fork, Hubert E. McPhail of Jackson, Herbert F. McPhail of Raymond and Herman W. McPhail of Vicksburg.
