Clarence L. Overhulser, former Electro Metals employee died at St. Joseph's hospital at 12:45 o'clock Saturday morning May 22.

Sunday afternoon at his home, 614 A street he complained of not feeling well and was taken to the hospital early Monday morning.

Fifty years old, Mr. Overhulser was born on March 26, 1888 in Medill, Missouri, a son of William H. and Alice Davidson Overhulser.

He spent his boyhood there and came to Keukuk twenty-five years ago.

On October 5, 1911 he was united in marriage with Maybell Vandruff of Kahoka, Missouri. Mr. Overhulser was a member of the Christian church.

Surviving him are his wife, seven sons, Wayne, Clarence Jr., Forrest, Harris, Oval, Ray and Glenn; two daughters, Doris and Glora; a sister, Mrs. Ernest Turtle all of Keukuk, one brother, Hy Overhulser of Kahoka, Mo., one grandchild and several nieces and nephews. One daughter preceded him in death.
