He was born on March 19, 1918 in Malden to Evertt Pruett and Arjetta Snider Pruett. On June 26, 1942, Mr. Pruett married Thelma Mullen in Malden.Mr. Pruett was the owner of Pruett Ins. Agency in Bernie and was a member Missionary Baptist Church.He is survived by: his wife, Thelma, Malden; one son, Dan Pruett, Poplar Bluff; one daughter, Kay Pruett Agnew, Poplar Bluff; two sisters, Glenda Snider, Malden and Wanda Dean, also of Malden; and 2 grandchildren.Daily Democrat, Kennett, Mo. 1993
