Mrs. Hurlock was the daughter of the late Howard Lucas and Mary Baker Lucas Hignutt.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Edward and Emory Hignutt; and a grandson, Keith Russell Bounds.
She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley and Boyd Bounds of Salisbury, Md. and Karen and Dennis Hitch of Laurel; two sisters, Joyce Horstman and Della Lehmann; a dear cousin and friend, Rosemary Dean; five grandchildren and their spouses, Don and Terri Ward, Terri and Wayne Evans, Curtis and Pam Bounds, Sue and Dennis Hitch II and Dirk and Rhonda Hitch; 11 great-grandchildren, Antoinette, Lance, Tommy, Elizabeth, Raymond, Mary, John, Maggie, Kelsea, Brooke and Dylan; and additional cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
