Mrs. Lizzie B. Bare, 62, residing at 12 South Broad street, Lititz, died at 9:45 on Friday morning, Dec. 23, from heart trouble, after being ill only one week. She was born February 19, 1865, in the same house in which she died. She was a resident of Lititz all her life.
She is survived by her husband, Samuel G. Bare, and was the daughter of the late Christian and Catherine Bollinger Dutt, of Lititz. She leaves one son, Leroy, at home, and one step-brother, William B. Essig, of Lancaster.
The funeral was held from the home on Tuesday, Dec. 27, with burial in the Evangelical cemetery."
