Frank Clothier, 62, brother of George B. and W.R. Clothier of Fort Edward, died Tuesday at the Willis Eye Hospital, Philadelphia, following and eye operation three weeks ago. Mr.Clothier was an employee of the General Electric Co., Schenectady, for 37 years, in recent years as a yard supervisor in the transportation section. He was born in Victory Mills. Besides his brothers and widow, survivors include a son, Stewart Clothier of West Orange, N.J., and a sister, Mrs.Catherine Decker of Albany.
