COX – Mrs. Sarah Marinda, 88, died 3:35 a.m. Friday at her home, 503 Clark St. She was widow of John Nick Cox. Member of Beaver Creek Presbyterian Church. Survivors: daughters, Mrs. W. E. Doane, New Market, Tenn., Mrs. A. Y. Roberts, Mrs. Otto Childress both of Knoxville; sons, H. H., New Market, Horace M., Toledo, Ohio, John, Byington, James R. Cox, U.S. Coast Guard, Calif.; sisters, Mrs. Sidney Wilkerson, Heiskell, Mrs. Martha Fowler, Powells; brothers, Alex, Sam and Apse Marshall all of Heiskell, Canny Marshall, Clinton.
